This project began as an urgent structural recovery after a critical construction failure left the original home actively sinking—the previous builder had not properly shored the neighbouring property, causing a foundation wall to split. RCSQ was brought in to stabilize and remediate the site, restoring proper support with 11 dump trucks of engineered sand before moving into a full ground-up rebuild. The result was the delivery of two high-quality semi-detached homes, each spanning three storeys plus a full basement and finished with private rooftop patios, engineered for long-term stability and performance. Completed over a 12-month timeline and sold for $2,015,000, De Grassi reflects our ability to manage complex, high-risk recovery builds and deliver premium outcomes under challenging conditions.
